Ilaria joined the Firm in 2016 directly after graduating from the Law School of the Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi di Milano.

Ilaria principally assists banks, insurance companies, and other supervised entities, including listed companies, in extraordinary transactions and, in particular, M&A (acquisitions, joint ventures in the banking and insurance sectors, mergers and demergers) and capital markets (capital increases, bond issues, and public tender offers and/or exchange offers) transactions, as well as provides advice on legal and regulatory aspects relating to Italian entities, including supervised entities, and on matters of corporate law and corporate governance.
