We strongly believe in professional training, in developing our human resources and diversity culture which have a beneficial impact on both our work and our clients.
Gatti Pavesi Bianchi respects diversity and strictly adheres to its internal Code of Ethics which provides for no discrimination of any kind, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, country of origin as well as political or religious ideas. Such principals apply at all levels of the firm.
The firm’s strong belief in gender equality is demonstrated by the fact that almost 50% of the firm’s current professional workforce are women. Women have a significant presence in the partnership of the firm and have the decisive roles in the firm’s internal management bodies.
Historically, the firm is strongly committed to assisting charities and altruistic social initiatives, such as those providing assistance to medically ill and disabled children and adults, and it has for a number of years supported various domestic charities such as Associazione CAF Onlus, Fondazione Laureus Italia Onlus, Fondazione Dynamo Onlus and TOG Together To Go Onlus, Fondazione Theodora Onlus – and since 2016 Associazione CAF Centro Aiuto Minori e Famiglie.
To such organizations it provides free legal assistance as well as regularly sponsoring and actively participating in their fundraising and charitable initiatives.
