Gianludovico Maggi focuses on corporate law and specializes in M&A transactions with particular reference to private equity transactions, providing assistance mainly to domestic and multinational companies and private equity funds in the context of extraordinary transactions, both Italian and cross-border, also related to listed companies, including mergers and acquisitions, leverage buy-outs, joint ventures and corporate reorganizations.
He graduated from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan in 2017 and during his academic career spent a study stay at the Radboud Universiteit in Nijmegen. He has been a member of the Milan Bar Association since 2019.
