​Federica Braschi deals with M&A, private equity, and corporate law, regularly assisting Italian and foreign companies, industrial groups, investment funds, and club deals in the context of extraordinary transactions, such as acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, corporate reorganizations, and joint ventures, as well as in the area of corporate governance and the drafting of commercial contracts.
She has been with the firm since 2018. Previously, she worked with a leading international law firm. She graduated in 2016 from Bocconi University in Milan and has been a member of the Milan Bar Association since 2018.
