Alessandro Cipriani has been a partner at the Firm since 2016. Previously, he gained professional experience at other leading Italian law firms.

Alessandro holds significant experience in complex extraordinary transactions and, in particular, M&A (acquisitions, joint ventures in the banking and insurance sectors, mergers and demergers) and capital markets (capital increases, bond issues, and public tender offers and/or exchange offers) transactions principally involving banks, insurance companies, and other supervised entities, including listed companies. He regularly assists listed and private companies in corporate litigation and arbitration, as well provides advice on legal and regulatory aspects relating to Italian entities, including supervised entities, and on matters of corporate law and corporate governance.

Alessandro graduated in 1998 from the Law School of the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore di Milano and has been a member of the Milan Bar since 2002.
