Vittorio Cavajoni joined the firm in 2018 and became Junior Partner in 2024.

He is mainly focused in M&A transactions and, in particular, he advises industrial operators and financial investors in the context of extraordinary transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate reorganisations, as well as in the negotiation of commercial agreements.

His experience spans several industries, including infrastructures, publishing and fashion.

Prior to joining GPBL, he worked in a leading Italian firm in Milan. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Milan and he was admitted to the Milan Bar since 2017.
