Valeria Gioffrè specializes in tax litigation and settlement procedures prior to the judicial phase. She has gained significant experience in assisting companies and individuals during access, inspections and verifications by the Italian Tax Revenue Agency and the Guardia di Finanza. Previously she collaborated with leading Italian and international tax and law firms. She holds a degree in law from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore di Milano and a Master’s Degree in corporate tax law from the Bocconi University. She was admitted to the Milan Bar Association.
