Sabrina Marino deals with corporate governance and extraordinary transactions. She graduated cum laude from Bocconi University in Milan in 2022 discussing a final dissertation focused on tender offers and contestability of the corporate control. Before joining the firm, she worked as a legal intern and, subsequently, as a trainee in another primary-level firm in Milan. She attended the Exchange Program at University College Dublin during the last year of university.
