Rossella Pappagallo specializes in rendering corporate advice, particularly with regard to the regulation of listed issuers. She also advises on regulatory compliance, corporate governance and mergers and acquisitions of listed companies.
In recent years she has assisted some of the Firm’s key clients in capital markets transactions, including the issuance of financial instruments and their listings on regulated markets, and in the conduction of takeover bids and exchange offers.
She graduated with honours from the Università degli Studi di Padova in 1995 and was admitted to the Milan Bar in 2003.
