Roberto Gambino is mainly focused on M&A and private equity transactions and corporate law matters. In particular, he advises Italian and international companies, industrial groups and investment funds in connection with extraordinary transactions such as mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures, as well as in corporate governance matters and in the negotiation of commercial agreements.

His experience spans various industries, including infrastructure, food & beverage and retail.

He joined the firm in 2022. Previously, he worked at a leading Italian law firm. He graduated from the University of Trento in 2014 and has been admitted to the Milan Bar Association since 2017.
