Pietro Bricchetto joined the Firm in 2021 following the merger with L&P – Ludovici Piccone & Partners, where he had been a member since its foundation in 2014. Pietro has been Partner since 2025.
He has significant experience in VAT and other indirect taxes, advising both Italian and foreign companies across a wide range of industries. His practice focuses on VAT and indirect tax matters related to domestic and cross-border transactions, corporate restructurings, and supply chain reorganizations. He also regularly advises banks, financial intermediaries and investment funds, particularly with regard to alternative asset classes.
Pietro frequently publishes articles on VAT topics in leading tax journals and regularly speaks at postgraduate and professional training courses.
He holds a degree in Law and Business Administration from Bocconi University and attended an MBA program at the Schulich School of Business, York University, Toronto..
Pietro is a member of the Association of Chartered Accountants and the Italian Registry of Legal Auditors. He is also a member of the International VAT Association.
He was recognized as a Next Generation Partner in the Tax category by The Legal 500 EMEA in both 2024 and 2025.
