Nicolò Farina has been with the Firm since 2018 and has been a Junior Partner of the Firm since 2023.  He is mainly focused in all matters relating to labour law, industrial relations and agency contracts. He advises clients, both domestic and foreign operating in all productive sectors, in all aspects related to these matters with a particular focus on the processes of recruitment, management, reorganisation and restructuring of the workforce, negotiation and assistance of top management, drafting of remuneration policies and stock option plans as well as in litigation matters. He has gained particular experience in the management of labour law aspects related to transactions and in the field of social shock absorbers. In previous years, he collaborated with other leading law firms. He graduated in Law in 2010 from Università Commerciale L. Bocconi and was admitted to the Milan Bar in 2013. In 2014/2015, he held a secondment period within the legal department of a prestigious multinational company.
