Marco Malesci deals mainly with mergers and acquisitions, and he is particularly specialized in private equity transactions. He has been involved in some of the Firm’s most important and complex M&A transactions, providing assistance to a variety of Italian and foreign corporations and financial institutions. Marco joined the Firm in 2021 and since 2025 is Managing Associate.
He graduated from Bocconi University in 2012 and has been a member of the Milan Bar since 2016; in 2017 he received an LL.M. in Banking, Corporate and Finance Law with honors from Fordham University School of Law (New York).
