Marco Corda advises regulated entities in the banking and financial sector, both Italian and international, with a particular focus on investment services and asset management. Marco assists both asset managers and investors, both Italian and international, in managing regulatory relationships with Supervisory Authorities and in structuring, marketing and day-to-day operations of funds and other investment vehicles, namaly in the private equity and venture capital sectors. Marco has gained experience in the field of fund raising, the distribution of financial and banking products and the listing of foreign UCIs (including ETFs) on the Italian Stock Exchange.

He graduated with highest honours from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan and spent several months in Dublin during his studies. Marco joined the firm in 2024 and is admitted to the Milan Bar Association. He has previously worked for leading international and Italian law firms.

He speaks Italian and English.
