Ludovica Lorenzetto joined Gatti Pavesi Bianchi Ludovici in 2021 following the merger with L&P – Ludovici Piccone & Partners, a firm founded by Paolo Ludovici in 2014. Previously, she worked for leading Italian and international law firms. Ludovica has been Managing Associates since 2025.
Her main areas of interest and expertise are corporate and group taxation, international tax, M&A and business restructuring, but she also deals with individual taxation as well as stock option and incentive plans. She advises Italian and foreign companies and investment funds operating in all the business sectors, focusing on domestic, EU and international direct tax issues. Ludovica currently acts as statutory auditor in a number of companies.
She speaks at conferences and tax specialization courses, for prestigious universities and associations.
She is the author of publications on tax matters.
She graduated in Law and Business Administration at Bocconi University in 2010. She is admitted to the Italian Association of Chartered Accountants and to the Registry of Legal Auditors as from 2013.
