Gianmarco Melillo is mainly dedicated to corporate and m&a, with particular reference to private equity transactions, joint ventures, corporate reorganisations and restructurings and other extraordinary transactions such as domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, including those involving listed companies. He has gained experience in advising international and domestic managers and investors in the structuring and operation of alternative investment funds and schemes.

Gianmarco assists tech start-ups and venture capital funds, supporting them from the seed stages to the most advanced rounds, up to possible exits. He joined the Firm in 2017 straight after having graduated with honours from Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi di Milano. In 2022 he was a visiting foreign lawyer at Pinsent Masons in London.
