Daniele Bartoli, enrolled with the Milan Bar Association, has been working with the firm since 2016. In the same year, he graduated with honors from the Alma Mater Studiorum University of Bologna.

Daniele represents private equity firms and financial sponsors as well as industrial players in all forms of domestic and cross-border M&A and portfolio transactions, including giving corporate consultancy advice.
He mainly deals with clients on a wide range of domestic and cross-border transactions, including leveraged buy-outs, joint ventures and strategic partnerships. He specialises in private equity transactions and advises mainly investment funds active in various sectors.

Since July 2025, he has also been the national representative for Italy of the Young Lawyers Committee established by the International Bar Association, with a two-year term.
