Andrea Gaiti has been Managing Associate of the Firm since 2025 and works mainly in real estate and civil law, dealing in particular with extraordinary transactions involving the sale and purchase of companies, individual assets and real estate portfolios (including sale & leaseback transactions), joint ventures, real estate developments as well as, more generally, industry contracts, including leases (of existing or to-be-built properties), business leases, construction agreements and service contracts.
Andrea Gaiti has been with the firm since 2016. In the same year he graduated from the Luigi Bocconi Commercial University in Milan. He has been a member of the Milan Bar Association since 2018.
