Alice Lubrano is specialized in corporate and group taxation as well as in M&A and business restructuring. She was member of L&P – Ludovici Piccone & Partners since October 2020. Before joining the firm, she worked with Pirola Pennuto Zei & Associati firm for about seven years and, previously, in another tax and legal firm.

She graduated in Law and Business Administration at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan.
She is registered with the Association of Chartered Accountants of Milan and with the Register of Auditors.
