Camilla Bolognini has been appointed as Managing Associate of the Firm since 2025 and she is mainly involved in debt restructuring transactions (on behalf of both the company and the creditors, as the case may be), including in the management of relations with the Courts, or in favour of investors interested in the ‘distressed m&a’ market, both in Italy and internationally. She also deals with transactions relating to the transfer to securitisation vehicles of portfolios of non performing loans and, should the case, the simultaneous transfer of contracts.
Camilla joined the Firm in 2019 after working with other international law firms in Italy. She graduated from Luiss Guido Carli University in Rome and got a Ph.D. in ‘Private autonomy, business, labour and protection of rights in the European and international perspective’ at ‘La Sapienza’ University in Rome in 2019. She has been a member of the Rome Bar Association since 2017.
