Alessandro Carbone mainly deals with M&A and private equity transactions, assisting Italian and international clients on corporate and commercial law matters.
He has also gained experience providing advice on commercial contracts and real estate issues.
Alessandro graduated with honours from Roma Tre University in 2020 and is a member of the Milan Bar.
He joined the firm in 2025. Previously, he worked for five years in the Milan office of two Italian law firms.
