Emma Benini is involved in providing judicial and extrajudicial assistance in the field of labor law, assisting Italian and foreign companies in the management of labor relations, with particular attention to day-by-day counseling, contracts, disciplinary proceedings, individual and collective dismissals, and health and safety issues at the workplace. She also provides assistance in corporate transactions with respect to labor law issues.
She graduated with honors from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan and is a member of the Milan Bar Association.
She joined the firm in 2025. Previously, she worked for 7 years for a leading international law firm.
