Federica provides judicial and extrajudicial assistance in the area of labor law, advising companies in the management of labor relations, with a focus on day-by-day counseling, contracts, disciplinary proceedings, individual and collective dismissals, and assistance with corporate transactions. She is also involved in providing employment law support to managers.
In 2015, she graduated with distinction at the University of Pavia and she is a member of the Milan Bar Association.
In 2025, she joined the firm. Previously, she worked for 3 years for a leading Italian law firm
