Luca deals with regulated markets and administrative law, with a specific focus on the electronic communications, media, information technology, postal services and electricity and gas sectors. He has also gained significant experience in competition law and consumer protection, both in procedural and judicial settings. Luca advises leading Italian and international clients active in the digital ecosystem and online platforms. He also has experience in administrative litigation and commercial contracts.
Luca joined the firm in 2023. In previous years, starting in 2017, he worked in the Rome office of a leading Italian law firm. He graduated with honours in 2016 from the University of Roma Tre and he was admitted to the Rome Bar in 2020.
