Rita Clemente joined the law firm in September 2017. She graduated with honours in March 2001, with a thesis on corporate law with prof. Umberto Belviso, she enrolled in the Bar Association to practice the profession in October 2004. Over the following years she joined other leading Italian law firms, focusing mainly on litigation (in court and arbitration) and specializing in corporate law, banking and finance. She has gained great expertise and experience especially in company law matters.
