Information statement pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 – the Italian Privacy Consolidation Act

Gatti Pavesi Bianchi Studio Legale Associato warrants that the personal data of those who forward us their CVs will be processed with full respect for their rights, fundamental liberties and dignity, pursuant to the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003, and specifically, Schedule B of the said legislation, focusing on security measures.
Accordingly, pursuant to article 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003, we would like to point out that the data you send us will be processed solely for the purposes of identifying, evaluating and recruiting candidates with a view to establishing an employment or collaborative relationship between the latter and Gatti Pavesi Bianchi Studio Legale Associato. The said data shall be processed using both paper and electronic support media.
Furthermore, in the case where sensitive data (such as personal data that could reveal racial and ethnic origins, religious, philosophical or other beliefs, political opinions, membership of parties, trades unions, or religious, philosophical, political or labour associations or organisations, as well as data that could reveal health status and sexual preferences) or past convictions, are spontaneously indicated, specific written consent is required authorising the processing of the same. In such cases, therefore, candidates are requested to provide the said written consent in the form of a duly signed declaration at the foot of their CVs. If sensitive data are included in the CV, failure to provide such written consent, shall make it impossible for Gatti Pavesi Bianchi Studio Legale Associato to process the same.
The data collected by the Law Firm shall not be diffused and may be divulged only to staff involved in the recruitment of collaborators, or serving at internal administrative offices, as well as to outside consultants, insofar as may be necessary or useful solely with a view to better pursuing the goals outlined above.
